Private Lessons

The Benefits of Private Lessons

Cancellation Policy

A Note to First-Time Students:
Buying VS. Renting:
It is highly discouraged for anyone to purchase an instrument before having a discussion and consultation with their instructor.  There are extreme variables in the quality of the student instruments that are sold in stores and online; as well as less scrupulous people selling items that they try to pass off as real instruments, but are in fact, just junk.  PLEASE do not waste your money.  In nearly every case, it is better to rent, as the quality of the instrument is always higher than the ones they are willing to sell, either at a deep discount or “as is”. The old adage applies “if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.”

Our instructors offer one-on-one private lessons in:
guitar  |  ukulele  |  bass  |  violin  |  viola  |  voice  |
trumpet  |  drums  |  harmonica | banjo | fiddle |

Beginner to advanced. Private or small groups welcome.

LESSONS FOR ALL AGES AND LEVELS

I just wanted to let you know how much [my son] enjoyed the lesson yesterday. I woke up this morning to hear a guitar strumming downstairs and a little voice singing “this land is your land…” When I got downstairs, he asked me if he was going to play guitar with Steve again today.  When I told him he would see you again next Thursday, he told me he thought it might be a good idea if he had guitar lessons a few times a week. Nice job!

Hi Josh & Stephen!

Just had to send a formal thanks for putting together such a great experience and opportunity for [our daughter] with your ultra successful Rock Camp. She had a terrific time and learned a lot about playing in a band. Having a performance to look forward to always helps focus the kids and give them something to shoot for.  We were amazed at how much you put together in such a short amount of time. We heard from [another parent] that the next week was just as great.
Congrats on the program.  We'll continue to talk it up.

Thanks so much!
