Jeremy has been teaching private students for over 20 years. From beginners to professionals, lessons are designed to accommodate each student's needs or interests - from Classical to Jazz to Rock, Blues, R&B, Latin music, sight-reading, ear-training, music theory, and improvisation.
Jeremy has a Master of Fine Arts degree from the State University of NY Purchase Music Conservatory and a BS degree from SUNY New Paltz. He has taught piano classes and ear-training at SUNY Purchase as an adjunct professor, as well as summer classes at the National Guitar Summer Workshop in CT. On May 4th, 2014 Jeremy Baum was officially recognized and inducted as a Master Blues Artist in the New York Blues Hall of Fame.
